The Dorchester

The Dorchester is housed in a Grade II listed building overlooking London’s Hyde Park, and is a 1930s landmark and luxury hotel, with individually designed rooms in a classic British style. It has a long association with the rich and famous, from writers such as Somerset Maugham to Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, and is one of the world’s most prestigious hotels.

Dining options include a Michelin-starred Alan Ducasse eatery offering a modern French menu, Cantonese dim sum and legendary afternoon teas. Harry Craddock, a famous barman of the 1930s, created the “Dorchester of London” cocktail in the Dorchester Bar.
